As part of a high-volume call center, you will use scripts, qualify homeowners, and schedule appointments while tracking KPI performance and CRM notes. This is a PHONE appointment-setting role, not door-to-door sales or closing.

Qualifications

• Experience outbound phone appointment-setting in home services or similar industries.
• Ability to identify opportunities and qualify homeowners over the phone.
• Comfort with handling objections and adhering to scripts while meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners to generate appointments.
• Follow proven call scripts and frameworks to create conversations about energy costs.
• Qualify homeowners and schedule firm in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Accurately document conversations and appointment details in the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs and participate in coaching sessions.
