Concentric is seeking a Residential Security Agent to join our team embedded with a client in Malibu, CA. The role requires onsite work on 12-hour shifts with 24/7 coverage and a rotating schedule.

Primary duties include monitoring access control, coordinating incident response, and maintaining professional client relations. Ideal candidates have CA guard credentials, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and strong customer service skills in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in California with current CA state guard card.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification must be current.
• Experience in high-touch customer service environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support threat management and emergency response as first point of contact.
• Monitor camera systems, access control, and security tools.
• Maintain client rapport and ensure high level of service.
• Communicate risks to personnel, property, or privacy to clients.
