Concentric Advisors, Inc. is seeking Residential Security Agents (Ad Hoc, Part-Time) to support our Malibu operations. This on-site role offers 12‑hour shifts (6:00–6:00) with day or night coverage, including weekends and holidays, to maintain 24/7 protection for clients.

Ideal candidates hold a CA guard card and CPR/AED/First Aid certification, plus strong customer service experience and professional bearing to work within a trusted security team.

Qualifications

• CA state guard card required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in high‑touch, customer service environments.
• Ability to adapt in fast‑paced settings with changing directions.
• Strong ethics, discretion and diplomatic communication.

Responsabilités

• Support threat management and emergency response; be first point of contact for client security needs.
• Monitor camera systems, access control, and other security tools.
• Oversee critical facility functions as assigned by the client.
• Address unknown visitors, calls, and other contacts as needed.
• Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication with clients and staff.
• Deliver high standard of customer service to clients, guests, and staff.
• Ensure client deliverables across the security services.
• Proactively communicate risks to personnel, property, or privacy.
• Complete client‑required plans, surveys, or reports.
• Assist with customer service issues to maintain high service levels.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, management, and clients.
• Follow all regulations, policies, and instructions.
