You will learn to cultivate a book of business, identify opportunities to add value, and deliver highly personalized service while maintaining compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed with FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 or ability to obtain Series 66 on hire
• 1–3 years in financial services with emphasis on customer experience
• Ability to navigate a dynamic, deadline-driven, compliant environment
• Strong planning and knowledge of financial markets and products
• Excellent client-focused communication and relationship-building skills
• Tuition reimbursement program to obtain CFP or degree if needed
