Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in SD, MN, IA, WY or MT.
• Experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role preferred.
• Must possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and tailor solutions.
• Property Listings: Create and manage property listings across platforms.
• Market Analysis: Research market trends and provide insights on values and opportunities.
• Showings and Tours: Arrange showings, open houses, and virtual tours.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers for favorable terms.
• Documentation: Prepare and review contracts and regulatory documents.
• Marketing: Develop strategies to attract clients and promote properties.
• Networking: Build relationships with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Customer Service: Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Continued Education: Stay updated on real estate laws and trends.
