Job summary

Walmart in Reading, PA is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to maintain and repair our facility's refrigeration and HVAC systems across local stores. You will use commercial HVAC/R skills, hand and power tools, and adhere to safety policies while supporting Store teams.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
Large scale rack refrigeration experience.
EPA refrigerant handling certification (Type I/II or Universal).
Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using tools and equipment.
Receive repair work orders via the work order system and document activities.
Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
Inspect, operate, or test facilities and diagnose issues.
Complete required safety trainings and follow OSHA/EPA guidelines.
Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
