Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our Walmart facilities refrigeration and HVAC team across local stores. You will maintain, repair, and support rack refrigeration and applied HVAC systems using hand tools, digital tools, and power tools, while documenting activities and adhering to safety policies.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• Hold EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Utilize the work order system to manage repair requests and document activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and diagnose issues.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following safety policies.
