Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking a Pilot to provide premier air transportation with an unwavering safety record. The role blends aviator duties with concierge service, operating under FAA guidelines and NetJets SOPs.

The Pilot will maintain a professional demeanor while ensuring passenger comfort and safety throughout each trip. Key responsibilities include flight operation, passenger briefings, baggage handling, and coordination with maintenance centers.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet FAA ATP or R-ATP requirements.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP.
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or university R-ATP.
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm).
• 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
• 100 hours of night flying or 75 hours with 45 night takeoffs and landings.
• 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated).
• ATP written completed prior to Indoctrination Training.
• Must have a valid United States passport.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing per FAA and SOPs, brief passengers, and communicate weather updates.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage as required and handle owner pets or smoking restrictions.
• Coordinate with MCC for maintenance discrepancies and complete related paperwork.
• Serve as final authority on aircraft operations and maintain professional demeanor.
• Act as liaison for Owners/Passengers from arrival at FBO to final destination.
