Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking a Pilot to provide premier private aviation transport with a focus on safety, service and global reach. The role requires operating the aircraft under FAA guidelines, delivering in-flight service, and acting as the on-board liaison for Owners and passengers.

The position emphasizes professionalism, flexibility, and a concierge-level experience across varying time zones and itineraries.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certification required or meet eligibility for FAA ATP/Restricted ATP (R-ATP).
• First Class Medical Certificate is required.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. and travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines, OEM/AOM/SOPs. Brief passengers and provide weather updates and safety briefings.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage as required.
• Handle flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
• Serve as final authority on aircraft operations and regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison with Owners/ passengers from arrival to final destination and back.
• Report maintenance discrepancies to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
