Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to provide safe, high-quality air transportation with a concierge service mindset for NetJets Owners and passengers. The role combines aviation expertise with premium customer service to deliver a superior travel experience across global flights.

The Pilot operates under FAA guidelines, maintains safety, and represents NetJets on every trip. This full-time position requires flexibility across day/night shifts and travel demands.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating required.
• 1,500 hours total flight time or valid FAA pathway as per ATP rules.
• Must hold a valid U.S. passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication, decision-making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA/SOPs and manuals; brief passengers on flight details.
• Deliver in-flight service including alcohol handling and catering service.
• Load and stow baggage as required and manage pet/smoking considerations.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and maintain professional demeanor at all times.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination and report maintenance issues to MCC.
• Complete paperwork related to maintenance discrepancies and perform other duties as assigned.
