Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Pilot to provide exceptional air transportation with an outstanding safety record. The role requires in-depth knowledge of flight operations, passenger service, and regulatory compliance, including handling diverse trip itineraries and maintenance communications.

You will act as the aircraft’s final authority, maintain professionalism, and deliver concierge-level service to Owners and passengers across various time zones and destinations.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP or R-ATP with multi-engine rating (IAW 61.160).
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250/1,000 with related qualifications.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical and TSA background screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft per FAA and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering as needed.
• Brief passengers and communicate weather updates and itinerary changes.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with MCC and document discrepancies.
• Liaise with Owners/passengers from FBO arrival to final landing and departure.
• Adapt to varying schedules, rest needs, and time zone changes.
