Kindred Culture Co is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager & Private Assistant to support a private entrepreneur in a U.S. private residence.

This role blends household management with personal assistance, offering a hybrid live-in/live-out schedule and close collaboration with a professional housekeeper. The successful candidate will ensure a calm, well-organised home environment and discreet, proactive support.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in private households or supporting high-level executives.
• Naturally calm, emotionally intelligent and highly organized.
• Discretion, professionalism and a long-term mindset are essential.
• Excellent communication and strong organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the housekeeper to keep the home beautifully maintained and welcoming.
• Oversee day-to-day household operations and coordinate vendors.
• Manage inventories, shopping, errands and daily household tasks.
• Provide diary management, correspondence and household administration.
• Occasionally drive the principal and care for the household dog.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
