Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Substantial experience representing control-oriented private equity sponsors.
• At least three years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aspects of complex transactions.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate purchase and investment agreements.
