Qualifications

• At least 3 years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm representing private equity sponsors.
• Substantial experience in M&A and private equity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aspects of complex transactions.
• Structure, conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate purchase agreements, and coordinate execution.
