Jobot is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Producer for our Austin office. The role focuses on new business growth across a broad carrier network, with uncapped commissions and a competitive base salary.

We operate with a nationwide footprint across 17 states and 65+ locations, offering opportunities to leverage a large carrier panel for higher retention and close rates. Applicants should hold a Property and Casualty license (or be able to obtain one) and bring sales experience, strong

Qualificações

• Must have Property and Casualty license or able to obtain license.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell Auto, Home, Motorcycle, ATV, Umbrella Insurance, etc.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and products.
• Get familiar with products, services and systems; participate in training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas with our processes.
• Contribute to agency goals by promoting new business and cross-selling.
• Use multiple resources (inbound/outbound calls, referrals, marketing, social media) to succeed.
