Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Private Client Banker to manage a select group of affluent clients and customers within a Branch, delivering tailored financial guidance and a full banking relationship across the company.

You will collaborate with specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs, while promoting self-service access and adhering to regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes relationship growth and education of clients on JPMorgan Chase services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
• Maks lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
