Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients and branch customers, managing relationships with a proactive, education-focused approach to banking products and services.

You will collaborate with specialists, facilitate self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering a tailored customer experience and supporting the Chase Private Client promise.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA licenses or must complete within 180 days of start.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and banking regulations.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach to offer best-fit products.
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Facilitate self-service access for clients 24/7.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
