• Coordinates with specialists to deliver an integrated service experience to the client.
• Identifies client opportunities in banking and deepens relationships with partners as needed.
• Adheres to risk frameworks and regulatory requirements while servicing accounts and portfolios.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients to support long-term retention and growth.
• Looks for ways to improve processes, procedures, and technology to enhance client experience.
