Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of software engineering with architectural depth.
• Expertise in Java, SQL, REST APIs, streaming APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, containers, and NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and complex environments.
• Clear communicator who can influence across teams.
• Exposure to GenAI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve architecture for large-scale, distributed platforms.
• Write production Java code (Spring Boot) with Java 17+.
• Lead modernization, re-architecture, scaling, and greenfield initiatives.
• Build prototypes and reference implementations that set engineering standards.
• Partner with product, platform, and business teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Present architectural designs and influence platform-wide technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers through technical leadership and best practices.
