Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen or culinary experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and recipes.
• Ability to follow production schedules and prep sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and production sheets.
• Wash, cut, portion, and prepare fruits, vegetables, proteins, and sauces.
• Assist in stocks, sauces, and foundational products.
• Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes consistently.
• Maintain organized, stocked prep stations and labels.
• Support catering, hospitality, and special events as needed.
