Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's South Seas on Captiva Island is seeking a Recreation Attendant to support pool and beach operations. You will set up pool seating, manage towels and cabana rentals, greet guests, and help create a safe, enjoyable day for every visitor.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Hotel/resort or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up pool seating and umbrellas and stock towels.
• Direct guests to water slides and ensure safety.
• Attend cabana rentals and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Assist Beach Operations with chairs, umbrellas, towels and guest check-in.
• Maintain beach and pool area cleanliness and safety.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues.
