Job summary

Barrow Brain and Spine is hiring a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Phoenix. We value a multidisciplinary approach and collaborate with many healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for our patients with orthopedic and spine conditions.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• 1-2 years’ experience required.
• Experience treating spine conditions preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers physical therapy treatment to restore function and relieve pain.
• Reviews referrals and medical records to determine treatment.
• Measures strength, motor development, and functional capacity; revises treatment plans as needed.
• Instructs patients in home exercise programs and use of assistive devices.
• Collaborates with physicians and other practitioners to optimize patient care.
• Maintains documentation of treatment and progress in patient charts.
• Participates in professional development and maintains affiliations.
