Equinox in the United States is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to build client bases, deliver results, and grow professionally under experienced managers. You will design programs, perform assessments, and contribute to a premium fitness experience.

This role offers earning potential over $100K+ with per‑session pay of $63.50–$72, plus bonuses, medical/dental/vision and retirement plans, and a path to management. Certification in CPT and CPR/AED is required, with reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Passion, ambition, drive and knowledge of fitness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule and appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members/clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, and products.
