You will work under experienced managers to align coaching, education, and business acumen, while advancing professionally through education and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Degree in related field is a plus and eligibility for higher tier/pay.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule and availability.
• Market and sell training programs via calls, emails and in-person.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs and products.
• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Interact with members to enhance workouts and club experience.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Ensure organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
• Attend continuing education classes to elevate knowledge.
• Attend one-on-one or team meetings with management.
