Equinox is seeking Personal Trainers to join a premium club where performance, hospitality, and human connection converge. Trainers are compensated for time spent on internal education and can build a large client base while delivering high-level training experiences.

Qualifications

• PT certification from a nationally-recognised program.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule with client appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Perform fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
• Attend Continuing Education classes for growth and promotions.
