Job summary

The Fitness Factory Mt Olive is seeking a Master Personal Trainer (female preferred) to assess client needs, design customized fitness and nutrition plans, and guide members through structured sessions that drive results.

Ideal candidates have NASM/ACE/ISSA certification, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. In-person role with flexible schedules and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized personal training sessions and monthly fitness assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through engagement and results-driven programming.
• Create progressive, customized training and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Utilize Trainerize App for client management, communication, and programming.
• Maintain client folders with INBODY scans and workout logs.
