The Fitness Factory Group LLC in New Providence, NJ is seeking passionate Master Personal Trainers to join our growing team. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, competitive compensation, and opportunities for training and development.

You will assess client needs, develop customized fitness and nutrition plans, and guide sessions that drive results. Use Trainerize for client management and progress tracking, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming training floor.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification is required.
• Experience in a fitness/health club setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Comfortable using fitness software and technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized personal training sessions and monthly fitness assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through engagement and results-driven programming.
• Create progressive, customized training and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Maintain client folders with INBODY scans and workout logs.
• Promote a welcoming, supportive atmosphere on the training floor.
• Stay informed on current fitness trends, products, and programs.
