Fitness Factory Rockaway is seeking passionate Personal Trainers to join our growing team. You will assess client needs, develop customized fitness and nutrition plans, and guide structured sessions that drive results.

The ideal candidate holds a NASM/ACE/ISSA certification, excels in communication, and can build a loyal client base in a friendly, supportive gym environment. Flexible schedules are available with advancement opportunities and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited certification required and current.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Organized, proactive and tech‑savvy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized training sessions and monthly fitness assessments.
• Build and maintain a client base through progressive programming.
• Create customized training and nutrition plans for clients.
• Use Trainerize App for client management and programming.
• Maintain client folders with INBODY scans and logs.
