Job summary

The Fitness Factory Group LLC in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Master Personal Trainer to deliver personalized training and nutrition coaching. You will conduct sessions, assess clients, and drive results through customized plans while maintaining a safe, motivating gym floor environment.

Eligible candidates hold NASM/ACE/ISSA credentials, have club experience, and are adept with technology to manage client progress and INBODY data. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA).
• Experience in a fitness/health club setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology and fitness software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized personal training sessions and monthly fitness assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through engagement and results-driven programming.
• Create progressive, customized training and nutrition plans tailored to each client’s goals.
• Utilize Trainerize App for client management, communication, and programming.
• Maintain client folders with INBODY scans and workout logs.
• Regularly assess client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Promote a welcoming, supportive, and motivating atmosphere on the training floor.
• Stay informed on current fitness trends, products, and programs.
• Ensure the gym environment remains organized, safe, and clean at all times.
