Equinox is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in New York to empower clients through customized fitness programming and expert coaching. You will work under the guidance of two managers to develop programming, education, business, and financial planning for a thriving PT career.

You will learn to build a robust client base, manage schedules, and promote training services while maintaining exceptional service and hospitality on a busy club floor.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute personal training programming under managers.
• Build and maintain an active client base and schedule.
• Market and sell training programs to members and clients.
• Deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and personalized programs.
• Maintain a safe, organized fitness floor during shifts.
