Job summary

Equinox Holdings Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer in New York to build and maintain a growing client base, deliver premium training experiences, and contribute to a high-performance team.

You will work under experienced managers to develop programming, education, and business skills while helping clients achieve peak performance. Eligible applicants must hold a current Personal Training certification and CPR/AED; a degree in a related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain a schedule including appointments and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Deliver fitness assessments and guided workouts and create personalized programs.
