Equinox is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in New York to cultivate a thriving client roster and deliver customized training programs in-person at our elite clubs.

You will work with dedicated managers to refine programming, education, and business acumen, with strong emphasis on professional development and client results. Excellent communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Passion, ambition, and fitness knowledge.
• Ability to work in-person weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, respectful.

Responsibilities

• PT Business Management: build and maintain an active client base.
• Schedule management including client appointments and meetings.
• Market and sell training programs to members/clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, products.
