Equinox in New York is seeking a Personal Trainer to empower members through personalized programs and exceptional service. You will work with two managers to shape programming, business, and financial planning for a scalable career path, while maintaining a busy client base and a premium club experience.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Effective time management and organizational skills; basic computer/types of technology skills.

Responsibilities

• PT Business Management: Build and maintain an active client base and schedule.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients via calls, emails, and in-person.
• Deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and complimentary services for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Ensure a safe, organized fitness floor and participate in CEU education for growth.
