Job summary

Equinox Pacific Palisades is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer to empower members to maximize performance and well‑being. You will design programs, conduct assessments, and deliver exceptional service in a premium club environment.

Under two managers, you’ll grow professionally through EFTI education, coaching, and a competitive compensation plan with potential bonuses. A nationally recognized PT cert and CPR/AED are required, in‑person weekday/weekend availability, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Current Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required or available for noncertified applicants.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
