Role requires in-person work at US campuses, a strong elite background, and at least 3 years of coaching or leadership experience. The company offers six-figure roles and relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain.
• At least 3 years of experience coaching/mentoring youth or leaders with measurable impact.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging multiweek life-skills workshops.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses in the US; relocation support provided.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery using Alpha's system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning with focused kickoff sessions.
• Track progress in real time and adjust strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families.
