Alpha hires guides to mentor K-12 students using AI-powered learning to reach elite standards. You will coach, motivate, and set ambitious goals, not teach lessons. The role blends 1-on-1 coaching with life-skills workshops, focused mornings, and data-driven decision making.

This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree, exceptional achievement in a demanding domain, and at least 3 years of youth coaching or leadership experience. In-person work at multiple US campuses is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain.
• At least 3 years coaching or mentoring experience.
• Ability to design multiweek life-skills workshops with progression and measurable mastery.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses in multiple US locations.

Responsabilités

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery.
• Set cultural tone each morning with focused kickoffs.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
