Job summary

Alpha is seeking a dedicated Performance Coach to motivate and mentor K-12 students at top‑tier campuses. Your role centers on coaching rather than instruction, using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and ensure accountability.

You will lead structured life-skills workshops, assess mastery, and establish a culture of high expectations each morning. In-person at multiple Alpha campuses with relocation support. Requires elite achievement and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven exceptional achievement in a globally recognized domain.
• Minimum 3 years coaching or mentoring experience.
• Ability to design multiweek life-skills workshops with clear progression.
• Must be able to work in-person at specified Alpha campuses and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Drive motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery across campuses.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery.
• Set morning cultural tone with high-performance expectations.
• Track progress in real time and adjust coaching based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families.
