Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a high-pressure environment such as consulting, tech sales, or operations
• Elite athletic experience
• Strong quantitative ability and comfort with numbers and percentages
• Passion for quantified-self technologies (VO₂ max testing, glucose monitoring, AI health tools)

Responsibilities

• Analyze DEXA data and health metrics to design evidence-based training programs
• Conduct high-touch coaching sessions in-person and virtually
• Collaborate with internal experts to refine training methodologies and manage client relationships
