Job summary

Kalos is hiring a Performance Analyst to partner with members using DEXA scan data to guide training and drive measurable improvements in strength and body composition. This is a client-facing, non-entry-level role requiring at least one year of full-time professional experience in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time professional experience (hard requirement).
• Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data, percentages, and numerical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Interpret DEXA scan results to inform training programs.
• Coach members one-on-one, in person and virtually, toward measurable outcomes.
• Design individualized programs with internal subject-matter experts.
• Manage high-touch member relationships with professionalism and consistency.
• Contribute to a high-output team and set standards for health and performance coaching.
