Job summary

Kalos is hiring a Performance Analyst to work with members using DEXA scan data and evidence-based training methods to drive improvements in strength and body composition. The role favors those from high-performance environments who can apply analytics and coaching in a client-facing setting.

Experience in technology, consulting, sales, or elite athletics is valued; a formal personal training certification is not required. Expect a rigorous, impact-focused role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a performance-driven environment.
• Background in competitive athletics or serious personal training.
• Strong quantitative ability; comfortable with data and numerical analysis.
• Ability to adopt and use technology tools, including AI, in personal and professional contexts.
• Interest in data, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Interpret DEXA scan results to inform training programs.
• Coach members one-on-one, in person and virtually, toward measurable outcomes.
• Design individualized programs in collaboration with internal experts.
• Manage high-touch member relationships with professionalism and consistency.
• Contribute to a high-output team; set standards for health and performance coaching.
