Qualifications

• Degree or Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts; 2 years related work experience may be substituted.
• Must obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce dessert and bakery products as directed by recipes or chefs.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment and station daily.
• Follow hygiene and uniform guidelines; project professional attitude.
• Prepare mise en place and manage prep for required covers.
• Assist pastry interns and part-time pastry cooks for department success.
