Qualifications

• Must possess a valid, active Colorado DORA Nail Technician or Cosmetology license in good standing.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop and availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum of 2 years of active, professional experience as a Nail Artist - Nail Technician (experience in high-end hand and foot care industry preferred).
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional, discerning clientele interaction.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality hand and foot manicures, pedicures, and related services tailored to client preferences.
• Conduct detail-oriented consultations to understand grooming profiles and explain wellness benefits; promote repeat scheduling.
• Educate patrons on grooming routines and promote club memberships.
• Maintain a spotless workstation with mandated tool sterilization and infection-control practices per brand and Colorado state board requirements.
• Arrive early to stock and organize the station; collaborate with team to keep shop immaculate.
• Commit to ongoing education through continuing instruction courses and brand training.
• Wear and maintain approved shop apparel to reflect a polished environment.
