Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or related technical training preferred.
Harley-Davidson, OEM, or powersports experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and inspections on motorcycles according to manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, fuel, ignition, suspension, and drivability concerns using diagnostic equipment.
Complete repair orders accurately and document all work performed.
Test ride motorcycles to verify repairs and proper operation.
Maintain safety procedures and a clean, organized work area.
