Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model the values and guiding principles of the dealership.
• Diagnose and communicate vehicle needs to customer.
• Create detailed vehicle work-orders and assign to Service Technician.
• Maintain communication with customer to relay status of work.
• Process through completion all warranty and repair orders.
• Maintain accuracy of all job-related service records.
• Support, promote, and get involved in Help Sell and Motorcycle Referral programs.
• Act as an Ambassador for the dealership and the Harley-Davidson brand.
