Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with referrals and lead generation.
• Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and professionals to market Rocket Mortgage.
• Represent Rocket in community events to drive lead flow.
• Develop and maintain a book of business to drive referrals and revenue.
• Consult with clients to determine the mortgage product that fits goals.
• Educate clients on home-buying or refinance processes.
• Evaluate clients' financial status and documents for financing eligibility.
• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing.
• Provide top-tier client service and stay updated on Rocket Mortgage offerings.
