Qualifications

• 2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination.
• Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance.

• Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
• Licensed and ready to roll (or willing and able to get licensed fast).

Responsibilities

• Assess borrower needs and match them with the perfect loan product.
• Build and manage a pipeline that’s always moving, always growing.
• Own the loan process from first call to final closing.
• Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to keep deals tight and clean.
• Stay sharp on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory updates.
• Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and charisma.
