Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking a on-site Member Experience Coordinator (MEX) to act as the primary contact and personal advocate for members, delivering a seamless, white-glove experience from enrollment through program lifecycle.

You will support center operations in-person and remotely, process patient requests, maintain EMR data, and coordinate with physicians and Health Coaches to ensure member success and KPI achievement. Strong confidentiality and HIPAA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of frontline member/client/patient-facing experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary MEX to centers, delivering a seamless, white-glove member experience.
• Maintain patient information per HIPAA and PHI regulations.
• Manage orders from patients, scheduling, and EMR updates.
• Coordinate with center teams and physicians for calendar, labs, and referrals.
• Provide exemplary communication with internal and external stakeholders.
