Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist who engages guests, consults on hair care needs, and delivers high-quality services including color, cuts, styling, and makeup applications. Qualifications

Cosmetology license is required.
Previous relevant work experience is required.
Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, styling, and makeup services.

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and ear piercing where applicable.
Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
Demonstrate, recommend and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for a superior guest experience.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store standards.
