Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant salon experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, ingredients, and services to better serve guests and stay compliant with safety standards.
