Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver quality services including haircuts, color, styling, and makeup applications.

You will work with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to drive service sales, guest satisfaction, and adherence to procedures. A Cosmetology license and relevant experience are required, with strong communication and the ability to build client relationships. Flexible scheduling supported.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest service experiences.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing to enhance guest experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures; stay informed on trends and ingredients.
